Step 1 - Dream 
Initial consultation to get an idea of what your design goals are and your vision for the house you are looking to build or renovate.

Step 2 - Design & Refine
Take all of the ideas and inspiration and put them on the drawing board. We will do a few design drafts, refining each one with any comments you may have until you are happy with the entire house Design.

Step 3 - Visualize
Take the final approved house design and complete a realistic 3D rendering of the home to get a feel for everything before its built. Here we test possible exterior material options & colors.
( This step is optional )

Step 4 - Construction Documents
Take the final approved house design and have them turned into construction documents that show how to construct the house. 

Step 5 - Build
Now its time to turn those drawings into reality and build the house!
